Leave Rules

• Leaves are restricted minimum.
• Too many leaves hinder the academic progress of the students.
• If a student’s fails to return on the reopening day, a penalty will be imposed as specified under the leave rules.
• Prior permission should be obtained for any absence on the re-opening day due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Absence due to illness should be intimated immediately to the Principal and a medical certificated from the penalty.
• Only genuine cases will be exempted from the penalty.
• Absence from the class due to overstay at Home is considered as a breach of discipline as it hampers the progress of the student.
• Fine will be charged and the student will lose his Sunday outing/and/or conversation with parents.
• Leave will be granted only under unavoidable circumstances.
• Request for such leaves should be addressed to the Principal by the Parents well in advance.
• Absentees are liable to pay the penalty.
• Parents / Guardians are expected to co-operate with the Vidyalaya authority for an uninterrupted progress of the students.
