Parents – Teachers Meeting

• Parents- Teacher meet is organized on first Sunday of every month from 9:00 a.m. 12:00 noon.
• Parents / Guardians may visit AVM SVP to observe its activities or meet their wards during the following visiting hours only :-
  • To meet their ward – Only on First Sunday of the month – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • To meet the correspondent / for office work (all the days) – 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Parents / Guardians are advised to avoid frequent visits as they distract the students from their day-to-day activities.
• They are requested not to enter the dormitories / rooms.
• Parents / Guardians, or persons authorized by them may take their wards on an outing on that day after the meeting and bring them back before 5:00 p.m.
• Those who do not return on time will lose the privilege of their next outline.
• When students return after an outing, they are prohibited from bringing with them cooked food, canned food and soft drinks.
